The SUSF was established in 1996, the SUSF provides financial support to deserving surgeons who have attained junior faculty positions within one of our academic institutions.
These awards are designed to aid surgeon-scientists at the most critical point in their careers and are helping to ensure the success of the SUS mission regarding education, research, and patient care.
